Tamsin Hayward
Tamsin is a business focused and entrepreneurial commercial lawyer at Keystone Law with extensive experience of working in the heart of vibrant companies. She has advised a Virgin Group start-up, Amey Plc, and General Electric (amongst others) giving her a broad perspective and knowledge of the different legal and commercial risks of start up companies, PLCs and major conglomerates.
She has experience of the challenges facing a number of different sectors, including transportation, aviation, support services and manufacturing.
Tamsin also supports new and established SMEs by helping to manage their legal risk, through carrying out legal ‘health checks’, reviewing their standard terms of business and advising them on their approach in bidding for large customer contracts.
