Originally a computer programmer ( with Mars & Avis) progressing to systems and business analysis, and specialising in Financial Systems. I grew interested in the accounting function itself, and spent 3 years studying accountancy part time – but never wanted to be an accountant – just to understand what the financial systems were doing!
