79 years after the closure of Windsor’s last brewery, we are delighted to have brought craft brewing back to the heart of Windsor.
We had our first birthday on March 1st. In our first year we built a new brewery from scratch and launched three distinctive ales – Guardsman Best Bitter, Knight of the Garter Golden Ale and Conqueror, a black IPA.
On 29th of April 2011, HRH Prince William and Kate Middleton tied the knot. We have created a special Royal Wedding Ale, Windsor Knot, to celebrate. Swans are a perfect symbol because of their Royal associations and that they pair for life – true love birds. Windsor Knot is made with the finest natural ingredients including two specially selected hops, Sovereign and Nelson Sauvin. Together they make a great couple giving a refreshing taste and exotic fruit aroma.

All our beers are available in many local pubs and clubs, as well as a growing number of fine pubs in London – a full list can be found on the website. Cask and bottled beer can now also be bought directly from the brewery, together with glasses, t-shirts, polo shirts and hats.
